Job summary

Sanofi is offering an Industrial Placement CPA in Reading, UK, for 13 months starting 15 July 2027. Hybrid work (3 days per week) with exposure to clinical studies setup and management within the CSU. You will gain experience across feasibility studies, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration to support trials in the UK.

You will work with Medical Advisors, Site Partnership Managers and the Innovation Lead, visiting departments to broaden your understanding of Sanofi and healthcare R&D.

Qualifications

• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of a Biomedical Sciences-related degree.
• Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and drive results with emphasis on quality and confidentiality.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn SOPs and quality control processes.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Advisors and Site Partnership Managers on feasibility studies in the UK and Ireland; coordinate responses.
• Support the local Innovation Lead on digital innovation initiatives.
• Assist with production and maintenance of confidentiality agreements with hospital trusts.
• Design newsletters and communication tools for internal and external use.
• Prepare annual and safety reports for ethics committee submission.
• Undertake a dedicated project with medical advisors focusing on diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.
