Role Objectives:

The Clinical Project Manager at WEP Clinical is responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing clinical trials, with a keen focus on patient safety, data integrity, high-quality operations, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the clinical trial project team lead and primary point of contact for internal teams and the client
  • Manage the setup, execution, and close-out of clinical trials in compliance with WEP Clinical SOPs, GCP/ICH guidelines, and applicable regulations
  • Lead project planning and execution, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and key performance indicators
  • Provide cross-functional oversight of internal teams and deliverables, including monitoring, data management, site management, safety, and regulatory activities
  • Ensure all stakeholders are properly trained on study operations and therapeutic area requirements
  • Oversee feasibility assessments for country and site selection
  • Manage vendor deliverables, quality, and invoicing; track project budgets and scope
  • Organize and maintain clinical trial documentation, including eTMF, CTMS, and shared file systems
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings and teleconferences
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, implement solutions, and drive corrective actions
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health or science-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong general computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
