Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Global Category Director, you will be responsible for product management of current, new, and OEM products.

  • Manage a portfolio of electronic monitoring products
  • Demonstrate and train clinicians, internal sales, and engineering staff on products
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Develop product and marketing roadmaps (UK)
  • Work with supply partners on product specifications and NPI
  • Monitor and report on portfolio profitability and sales forecasts

Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in product management, tech sales, or support within MedTech, particularly in electronic monitoring
  • Knowledge of health delivery systems
  • Experience in midwifery, obstetrics, or gynaecology
  • A technical or clinical background (essential)
  • Skills in product management, marketing, sales, or clinical affairs
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to drive local (UK) marketing strategies alongside global initiatives
  • Collaborative skills to work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Currently based in the UK and willing to commute to Cardiff once a week
  • Willing to support sales activities in the field, including travel and overnight stays
