This is an exciting opportunity for individuals committed to delivering excellence in patient care, driving continuous improvement, and championing best nursing practices.
As a Clinical Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. This position calls for a visible and inclusive leadership approach, ensuring collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team while also engaging with other teams across the service. You will be instrumental in supporting key initiatives, including relational security, trauma-informed care, and the reduction of restrictive practices, fostering a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.
If you are an innovative and motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in mental health care, we encourage you to apply and be part of our dedicated team.
Please state "three reasons to shortlist me" in the first paragraph of the supporting statement in order to be considered for shortlisting.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and have a keen interest in working with patients being nursed on mental health wards. Our expectation is that you will be highly motivated and dynamic and able to demonstrate quality therapeutic interactions with service users.
You will work closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary team to offer recovery focused individual and group work with patients with a wide range of needs.
Our care and treatment programmes are underpinned by principles of recovery and social inclusion and much of our work is co-produced with patients. You will help to ensure that the people we care for always have a strong voice. If you are committed to providing outstanding patient care with a sound knowledge of best practice, this is the opportunity for you.
Our mission is to make a positive difference to people's lives by improving the quality of life for all we serve. Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations.
