Job summary

AppLocum is assisting a friendly GP practice in Preston (PR1) to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist. The role involves structured medication reviews, medication optimisation, and vaccination duties (flu/covid), with competent use of Eclipse and EMIS.

Hours are 20 per week, from September 2026 to June 2027, with flexibility on days and times to suit the candidate. This is an excellent part-time opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Structured medication reviews required.
• Experience with Eclipse and EMIS preferred.
• Vaccinations for flu and Covid-19 are part of the role.

Responsibilities
