Job Description:

Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.

This is a permanent opportunity. We are not seeking locum engagements.

Opportunities are available in SystmOne and Emis practices.

The role involves being an active part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Independent Prescriber Status
• At least three years of post-graduate experience
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
• Confidence to work in a busy GP practice
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Minimum of 15 hours per week

• Complete medication reviews
• Support care homes
• Act as the primary contact for medication-related inquiries in the practice
