Job description

A great opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking GP Surgery in Salisbury, looking for a full-time practice-based Clinical Pharmacist. The role involves typical Clinical Pharmacist duties such as SMRs, Polypharmacy, Discharge Letters, Meds Reconciliation, etc. The practice seeks a Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in primary care and as a full independent prescriber. It is highly regarded with high patient satisfaction. No home visits or extended hours are expected.

Minimum Requirement: Prescriber with Primary Care experience.

Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Study Leave + Indemnity.

Location: Salisbury.
