JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a skilled Clinical Pharmacist looking for an exciting new locum opportunity in Liverpool? We're working with a fantastic private hospital offering a rewarding role where your clinical expertise will truly make a difference!

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Liverpool

Duration: 6 months minimum

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute break

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: �27.00 - �37.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing: Join a forward-thinking pharmacy team and enjoy a varied role across medical and surgical wards. This is your chance to get stuck into a fulfilling position where your input directly impacts patient outcomes. You will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

a current and valid GPhC registration

previous hospital experience in a ward-based setting

excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail

strong interpersonal and communication skills

a passion for delivering outstanding patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, offering stability and routine. The position is for a minimum of 6 months with strong potential for extension, based on service needs.
