This initiative includes the integration and redesign of Pharmacy services for Community hospital rehabilitation wards in South Monmouthshire and Torfaen. As the role of the Clinical Pharmacy Technician evolves, we strive to enhance skill-mix, enabling Pharmacists to operate at the forefront of their expertise.
