Summary

An exciting opportunity awaits as the Intermediate Care Pharmacy team expands with comprehensive funding, reaching all boroughs within the Gwent Region. This initiative includes the integration and redesign of Pharmacy services for Community hospital rehabilitation wards in South Monmouthshire and Torfaen. As the role of the Clinical Pharmacy Technician evolves, we strive to enhance skill-mix, enabling Pharmacists to operate at the forefront of their expertise.

Key Responsibilities
