Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: West Northamptonshire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-37.5 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Rate of Pay: £28 - £33 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in enhancing patient care within a GP Surgery setting. In this role, you will:

Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe prescribing practices

Support patients with effective medication management

Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to provide expert clinical guidance

Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and best prescribing practices

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid GPhC registration

Completion of the CPPE pathway

Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, offering 30-37.5 hours per week, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
