Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6/7)

Location: West Sussex, NHS Hospital

Duration: Ongoing

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

Start Date: May

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £23–£31 per hour (paid directly by the hospital, NHS pension opt-in available)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Join our client’s team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients across various hospital wards.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• An interest in working in hospital environments (hospital experience is not required – newly registered and community pharmacists are welcome to apply and will be trained)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
