Clinical Pharmacist - NHS Hospital Warwickshire - Band 7

Hunter AHP Resourcing has a locum opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Warwickshire.

The team is seeking a ward-based Pharmacist to join their department ASAP. Responsibilities include checking prescriptions for errors, ensuring appropriateness and safety, advising on medication dosages and forms, participating in ward rounds to gather patient drug histories, liaising with medical staff, and discussing treatments with patients' relatives, community pharmacists, and GPs.

Part-time hours are available (3, 4, or 5 days per week) on an ongoing basis.
