Job Description:

Mediplacements are looking to recruit a band 8A Clinical Pharmacist to work with a client of ours based in London.

The pay for this position is £35-£40 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Successful candidates must hold an MPharm degree, be GPHC registered and have experience working as a clinical trials pharmacist.

Responsibilities include:

1. Clinically screening, transcribing and ordering patient's medications with Home Treatment Team.
2. Performing medicines reconciliation.
3. Attending MDT's and responding to queries from patients and other healthcare professionals.

Experience required: 3 years post registration experience, preferably with at least a year in mental health. Clinical or psychiatric diploma.
