Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead professional standards, ensure patient safety, and continually improve care quality in collaboration with the store team.

You’ll mentor colleagues, grow talent within the community, and represent Boots in healthcare networks. A strong team-first mindset and passion for essential and private services are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities we serve; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
