Job summary

Work near Saltburn-by-the-Sea is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a forward-thinking primary care team. The role offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time) with up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) and NHS Pension.

You will lead structured medication reviews, enhance patient safety, and collaborate with senior pharmacists and clinical teams. A supportive environment with development opportunities and parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescriber and CPPE qualification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' Pharmacy experience.
• UK experience in primary care or GP setting is essential.
• Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups.
• Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems.
