Work, an acclaimed clinic near Reading, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a part-time or full-time role with flexible hours. You will lead structured medication reviews, focus on patient safety, and work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams to support high-quality primary care.

The ideal candidate holds Independent Prescriber and CPPE qualifications, has UK experience in a GP or primary care setting, and can manage complex cases confidently in a fast-paced environment.
