The Pharmacist Network is partnering with a Barnet-based general practice to appoint an IP Clinical Pharmacist on a 32-hour, part-time basis. The role is hybrid, with one day in-practice and Friday as a non-working day, focusing on delivering pharmaceutical care and patient advice within primary care settings.

You will join a supportive pharmacist-led team, contributing to safe medicines optimization, clinical governance, and day-to-day practice workflows while ensuring adherence to safety

Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IP Clinical Pharmacist, to work part-time hours for our partner practice part of Barnet PCN. We are looking for someone who can work 32 hours a week, hybrid with 1 day in the practice, and Friday as their non-working day., This opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
