Main duties of the job

As a prescriber in this role, you'll have the unique chance to establish pharmacist-led chronic disease clinics and actively support the multi-disciplinary team in conducting medication reviews. Qualifications

• MPharm Degree or equivalent
• Post Graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience and/or qualifications
• Non-medical prescribing qualification (or working towards)
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Accredited or eligible to be accredited as a Higher Education Institute Clinical Pharmacy diploma/MSc tutor
