Job summary

Priory Medical Centre in Warwick is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for 30 hours per week on a 12-month maternity cover. You will clinically assess patients, lead medicines optimisation, and contribute to long-term condition management within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be UK registered as a pharmacist.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (or working towards).
• Experience working in a GP/primary care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medicines optimisation and clinical decision making within the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead on long-term condition management and medicines safety initiatives.
• Contribute to medicines reviews, ambulatory clinics, and audit activities.
• Support antimicrobial stewardship and high-risk drug monitoring.
• Provide patient-facing clinics where permitted by scope and qualifications.
• Collaborate with hospital and community pharmacy teams to improve patient outcomes.
