Requirements & Qualifications:

• Completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway
• Prior GP practice experience
• Experience using EMIS clinical system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract:

This flexible role requires availability for 2 days per week onsite in Lewisham. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
