Position: Clinical Pharmacist

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis. You will be called upon to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and to cover for staff absences due to leave or other reasons.

What we are looking for:

• A GPHC-registered Pharmacist.
• Newly qualified or an overseas pharmacist with GPHC registration.
• Interested in developing your clinical skills and experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical expertise and contribute to patient care within a CHG hospital, supporting the pharmacy department in delivering excellent medicine management services to all customers. Supervise the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, and oversee junior staff members in medicine management. Take responsibility for clinical services as assigned.
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy department, providing a safe and effective medicines management service to patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
