Job description

Modality Partnership AWC Division has a full-time vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist. The postholder will be a high-performing Pharmacist working at Silsden Medical Practice, responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use. Salary for this role is £23.19 per hour / £45,344.68 per annum WTE.

Main duties of the job

The role is an all-rounded, hands-on Clinical Pharmacist position; the postholder will need to confidently demonstrate and utilize key skills such as effective communication, ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a patient-facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas. The postholder will collaborate with local divisions (including Divisional Boards) and the National Modality Business Support Team to deliver innovative ways of working to meet the strategic aims of the organization.

The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job and is not solely a patient-facing pharmacist role; it requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment. The postholder will work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
