**Clinical Pharmacist, Near Gravesend**

I'm currently working with a well-known healthcare provider near Gravesend seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a permanent position. This role is ideal for a Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with primary care experience to join a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in general practice
• Prescriber status
• Completed CPPE training

You will work across three sites, each approximately 10 minutes apart. The practices serve around 6,000 patients and have a team comprising GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCA, and a wider non-clinical staff to support your integration.
