Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy - Aseptic team at Royal Berkshire Hospital. You will be responsible for the safe and timely preparation and supply of systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) and aseptically prepared products.

The role involves providing professional support in preparation, ensuring accurate checks, and contributing to the development of oncology/haematology clinical pharmacy services within a quality-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Act as an Authorised Pharmacist and take professional responsibility for safe and timely preparation and supply of SACT and aseptically prepared products.
• Provide professional and technical support in preparation of systemic anti-cancer therapy and aseptically prepared products.
• Ensure accuracy checks on dispensed and prepared SACT in the Aseptic unit.
• Support development of clinical pharmacy service to Oncology and Haematology Clinics.
• Support Accountable Pharmacist and Aseptic Services Manager in maintenance of Quality Management Systems.

Pay Rates: £28.90 - £33.11 per hour

Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:15
