Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
  3. Provide expert advice on drug therapy, patient safety, and medication management.
  4. Stay current with the latest developments in oncology pharmacy and contribute to the department's ongoing excellence.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (M Pharm, B Pharm, or BSc Pharmacy).
  2. A valid GPhC registration and current membership with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  3. Proven hospital experience, particularly in oncology.
  4. Ideally, you'll have a BOPA Passport (though this is not essential).
