Pharmacierge is seeking a Practice Liaison Manager to build crucial clinical partnerships and expand our network of medical practitioners in the UK. Based in central London, you will bridge our mPrescribe technology with clinicians, driving adoption and value.

You’ll manage the complete client journey from onboarding to ongoing growth, working in a dynamic environment and collaborating across teams. The role begins onsite with a hybrid option after probation, with a strong focus on patient care

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client relationships, or customer success.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Confident communicator across phone, digital, and in-person interactions.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Nurture client relationships through strategic engagement that converts to expanded usage.
• Own the client experience from sales handover through their entire journey with us.
• Execute our Account Management strategy with a focus on achieving growth targets.
• Resolve commercial and operational issues, working closely with our dispensary team.
• Present and pitch our e-prescribing solutions to maximise adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure materials resonate with clinical practitioners.
• Gather and channel client feedback to drive product improvements.
• Represent Pharmacierge at industry conferences and client events.
