Are you an experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on healthcare operations? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Operational Manager to join our team of experienced consultants and play a key role in delivering excellence across multiple sites.
Scope:
Location: London (Onsite / Hybrid arrangement)
Salary: TBC
Organisation: JBAF Consulting/NHS
Start date: May, 2025
Duration: 8 months May – December 2025
About the Role: As a Clinical Operational Manager, you will:
- Ensure compliance with constitutional standards and targets, focusing on improving processes to enable rapid diagnosis and treatment for patients.
- Collaborate with operational leads and trust sites to review pathways, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for enhanced service delivery.
- Provide insightful reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to evaluate performance, track progress, and recommend actionable improvements for both internal and regional stakeholders.
About You: The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in operational roles, particularly addressing diagnostic and performance challenges—experience within imaging departments is a bonus.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of MDTs (multidisciplinary teams) and administrative processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Have experience developing and implementing dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple sites and produce concise, actionable reports.
