Are you an experienced leader ready to make a significant impact on healthcare operations? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Operational Manager to join our team of experienced consultants and play a key role in delivering excellence across multiple sites.

Scope:

Location: London (Onsite / Hybrid arrangement)

Salary: TBC

Organisation: JBAF Consulting/NHS

Start date: May, 2025

Duration: 8 months May – December 2025

About the Role: As a Clinical Operational Manager, you will:

  1. Ensure compliance with constitutional standards and targets, focusing on improving processes to enable rapid diagnosis and treatment for patients.
  2. Collaborate with operational leads and trust sites to review pathways, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for enhanced service delivery.
  3. Provide insightful reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to evaluate performance, track progress, and recommend actionable improvements for both internal and regional stakeholders.

About You: The ideal candidate will:

  1. Have proven experience in operational roles, particularly addressing diagnostic and performance challenges—experience within imaging departments is a bonus.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of MDTs (multidisciplinary teams) and administrative processes (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. Have experience developing and implementing dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  4. Be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple sites and produce concise, actionable reports.
