Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, retain and mentor the clinical research team.
• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical research activities including site visits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, GCPs, ICH guidelines and AbbVie SOPs; maintain audit readiness.
• Manage resources and budget for assigned studies and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive study delivery and portfolio success.
