A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Contract Clinical Operations Lead (COL) to support the delivery of global clinical trials across all phases of development. Your role as Contract Clinical Operations Lead

Develop and execute detailed operational strategies and plans for global clinical studies

Take ownership of vendor oversight, ensuring alignment with study objectives and performance metrics

Drive study execution by influencing cross-functional teams across geographies

Monitor compliance with global regulatory standards including ICH-GCP

Support site readiness and resource planning, including forecasting clinical supplies

Lead feasibility assessments and contribute to effective site selection strategies

Experience and qualifications for the Contract Clinical Operations Lead role

Proven experience (3+ years) managing global clinical trials or similar operational leadership roles

Solid understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements across trial phases

A degree in life sciences or relevant industry experience in a comparable setting

Strong leadership and communication skills in cross-functional, global settings

Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
