Job Description:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing, or
• Registered Nurse Level 2 with relevant competencies for the role.
• Surgical oncology experience, e.g., post-operative care.
• Willingness to develop or already hold:
• Lymphodema management course
• Advanced communication skills
• Teaching experience
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Understanding of workload and shift management
• Patient-centered, caring approach to customer care

Duties of this role include:

• Work closely with both Medical and Surgical Oncologists
• Prepare and maintain clinical records of patient care, adhering to Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) standards for records and record keeping
• Conduct yourself professionally within the standards and framework provided by the NMC Codes of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
