We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to join our New England North West Acute Care Team (NENW ACT). This is your opportunity to be part of a team driving innovation in mental health service delivery, offering face-to-face and telehealth care to communities across the region.
As a senior member of the team, you will:
Provide expert assessment, risk assessment, support, and short-term coordination for Adult Intake and Adult Acute Care clients
Mentor and support junior staff while working closely with ACT and MHS leadership
Deliver care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment alongside clinicians from nursing, medical, allied health, and peer work backgrounds
Contribute to system-wide mental health responses, including in-reach to other NENW health services
