Job summary

Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN with Nurse Prescribing) for the Female Acute Inpatient Pathway at Hellesdon, with a strong focus on leadership, education and improving acute care pathways.

You will provide expert clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team, drive evidence-based care, and supervise and mentor staff across Kestrel and Waveney wards, contributing to service development and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RMN with Nurse Prescribing qualification
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience in clinical settings
• Experience within acute inpatient mental health pathw ay is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to the MDT in care, treatment and therapy with focus on risk management and care coordination
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver high quality care and implement evidence-based practice
• Shape and develop the Female Acute Inpatient Pathway across Waveney and Kestrel wards
• Engage in service improvements, staff development and supervision
