We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Parkinson's Nurse Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will support the provision of specialist services to individuals living with Parkinson's Disease, both within the hospital setting and across the community. Your contributions will play a crucial part in improving the care and quality of life for patients and their carers.
You will take responsibility for the assessment, planning, and implementation of care, working closely with the Nurse Specialist and a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that improves patient outcomes and experiences. The role is designed for a proactive, experienced nurse who is committed to advancing Parkinson's care and working collaboratively with both internal and external healthcare teams.
As part of your role, you will support the ongoing education and training of colleagues, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care. You will be expected to facilitate good communication and strong working relationships between various professionals, ensuring coordinated and seamless care for patients.
