Join our HPB and Transplant Nursing Team at London Bridge Hospital Are you a passionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career within a highly specialised area? We are seeking a dynamic and committed Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Hepatobiliary (HPB) and Transplant team at London Bridge Hospital rated outstanding by the CQC. In this vital role, you will provide expert support and specialist advice to patients and their families throughout their care journey. Youll work closely with a team of leading consultants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your contribution will be central to the coordination and participation in multidisciplinary meetings, and youll play a key part in educating patientshelping them make informed decisions about their treatment options with confidence and clarity. This position also involves working alongside transplant consultants to support patients through the liver and kidney transplant journey. From the early stages of donor and recipient preparation to post-transplant care, youll be a reliable point of contact and trusted guide throughout this life-changing experience. Your expertise will ensure that each patient receives personalised and compassionate care at every step. As an HPB and Transplant CNS, youll work independently within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Youll be expected to stay up to date with the latest clinical developments, ensuring that your practice reflects the highest standards of professional and clinical credibility. Through ongoing professional development, networking with peers locally and internationally, and participation in education activities, youll continue to grow in your role and as a leader in specialist nursing.
