Clinical Nurse Specialist for Colorectal Cancer

To plan, deliver, and evaluate programmes addressing patients' complex health needs. Initiate and promote collaborative working relationships and effective communication among all members of the MDT to improve management and outcomes within the specialist area. Discuss investigations and treatment for cancer with sensitivity, knowledge, and expertise. Deliver clinical care and management in line with local and national guidance and best practices.
