Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join our diabetes clinical nurse specialist team within the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, Specialist Diabetes Nursing Team.

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team including consultants, nurses, dietitians, and support staff to develop an innovative, integrated service.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Diabetes & Endocrinology Team at UHDB. The successful candidate will work across Derby and East Staffordshire, covering community clinics at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, the Diabetes Centre at Queens Hospital Burton, inpatient reviews, foot clinic at Royal Derby Hospital, pump clinic, antenatal, and renal clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in diabetes and support our growing team of Nurse Specialists.
