What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Clinical Education team, offering a competitive salary based on experience.

This role is Monday-Friday, 0900-1700. The CNS provides clinical expertise, supports patient health and wellbeing, coordinates care, and works closely with consultants to maintain standards of care. Responsible for developing competencies and training based on evidence-based practices embracing patient-centered care and shared decision-making.

What will your duties include?

  • Deliver evidence-based, personalized care focusing on holistic needs assessment, care planning, and evaluation.
  • Act as a key worker managing a clinical caseload, coordinating care, and providing ongoing support.
  • Lead nursing contributions to service development and ensure excellence in care standards.
  • Design and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff and allied health professionals.
  • Develop and monitor clinical and non-clinical performance standards in collaboration with the senior team.

What we need from you?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Postgraduate qualification in the specialty.
  • Nursing registration (NMC) required.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Colorectal care.
  • Strong presentation and training skills with a record of delivering clinical courses.
