More information about the role:

To develop and lead a specialist nursing service in South Devon, enabling the post holder to offer a responsive, high-quality service for patients living in the community with chronic kidney disease categories G3-G4. This post holder will act as an expert resource for nursing and medical staff by providing advice, support, and education through clinical evidence-based practice.

Working hours per week: Monday to Friday, to be specified.
