A leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated senior nurse to join the West Berkshire Breast Screening Programme. The role involves providing expert nursing care, developing patient pathways, and actively participating in screening programmes. Candidates should have NMC registration, substantial experience in breast cancer care, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient support. This is a part-time, permanent position with an annual salary ranging from £47,810 to £54,710.

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and clinically skilled senior nurse with a strong background in breast cancer to join the West Berkshire Breast Screening Programme
Provision of specialist, high quality, expert nursing care and support for clients and their carers through the screening and assessment pathway within the breast screening programme
Deliver evidence based individualised patient care according to patient's changing health care needs, through holistic needs assessment, (HNA).
Work autonomously and seek collaborative relationships with others across and within professional boundaries.
To develop patient pathways and be responsible for developing the nursing service working with the Director of Screening and Breast Screening Service Lead.

To act as a specialist resource for patients and the clinical team by providing comprehensive advice, information, teaching and training both within the Trust and externally.

Desirable: Post graduate certificate in teaching
Desirable: Knowledge of the NHS Breast screening programme
