Overview

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Ophthalmology, Band 6 (AFC Annex 21). Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week). Site: Aintree, Fazakerly, Liverpool. Salary: £38,682 - £46,580 per annum (AFC Annex 21 conditions). Closing date: 03/10/2025 23:59.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intravitreal Injection (IVI) Suite, expanding knowledge and skills in administering Intravitreal Injections and reviewing OCT scans.
• Perform LogMARs, IOPs as part of patient assessment.
• Scrub and circulating Nurse in the Intravitreal Injection Suite.
• Student nurse support.
• Opportunity to complete a course for administering intravitreal injections.
• Working in the Intravitreal Injection Suite and supporting high-quality ophthalmic care.
