Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Community Mental Health Team on the Isle of Wight. You will work autonomously and as part of the wider team to lead on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care within CMHS.
You will support Team Leaders and the Service Manager, provide clinical leadership to the service, and offer specialist advice to clinicians, doctors, psychologists and pharmacists.

This is a key role in supporting the Team Leaders, and the Service Manager with providing clinical leadership to the service. you will support the team with complex clinical support and advice.
