The role involves working with young people facing complex presenting problems, including direct therapeutic work. We offer a learning environment with opportunities for skill development. Supervision is available within the team, and we hold regular education sessions led by various multidisciplinary members and visiting professionals to keep us updated with the latest clinical knowledge. The post holder must hold a relevant qualification for non-medical prescribing and have at least 2 years of experience in this field.
Responsibilities include working as a registered practitioner with a client group with complex needs, managing a defined caseload with minimal support, and conducting joint assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care packages.
You will work within the appropriate model of care, such as social inclusion and recovery, and identify and involve carers, ensuring statutory obligations are met. The post involves managing a delegated caseload.
