This is an exciting time to be working within iCaSH Bedfordshire. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team, with a strong team-working ethic.
You will be a NMC registered nurse or a NMC registered midwife with a nationally recognised qualification in Sexual Health and/or Contraception (e.g. DFSRH / BASHH STIF) and a Letter of Competence in Intra Uterine Technique or willingness to undertake this training. You will also have recent experience of working in sexual health (Contraception, GUM or equivalent) and the ability to demonstrate competency in supply of treatments by Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and be able to work autonomously.
The role will include working Saturdays from 9-1 on a rotational basis and will require the successful candidate to regularly work at our clinics in Dunstable and Bedford. The ability to travel across the county is therefore an essential part of the job.
