Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (Deputy Manager) for Bridgewood Mews in Tipton. You will lead a team of nursing and care staff, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Home Manager to run the home efficiently.

You'll develop clinical skills, drive improvements, and support staff development, with a focus on governance, safeguarding and resident wellbeing. This is a senior nursing leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Leadership or management experience in a care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and CQC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet residents' medical and personal needs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise the Nursing Team to ensure timely care plans and risk assessments.
