An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated senior nurse to join Integrated Medicine as a Band 7 Ward Manager covering our infectious disease ward and managing a high consequence infectious diseases department in line with HCID requirements.
This position seeks a Senior Nurse with significant qualification and experience to practice autonomously and collaboratively within the infectious diseases service. The post holder will need to balance management and clinical responsibilities effectively.
You should be an innovative individual with excellent communication skills, including a non-judgemental attitude. Strong organisational and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
