Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
What you will do:
You must be highly motivated, willing to take on new challenges, and prepared to lead with a focus on quality improvement, supporting strategy implementation, patient experience, patient safety, and team working.
You will uphold the NHS Ayrshire and Arran values and behaviours and adopt a highly visible, innovative, and accessible approach. You will lead by example and empower the team to maintain patient safety and engage with service improvements.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Long Term Conditions/Locality Services, Health & Community Care North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, and will have delegated responsibility for day-to-day delivery of safe standards of nursing care, recruitment & retention, budget management, operational guidelines, continuous improvement, performance and variance management, development and implementation of standard operational procedures, and best practice approaches. Working closely with the Senior Nurse and other operational and clinical leaders, you will support the delivery of professional standards and developments within these services.
