We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Leader to join MaineHealth. The ideal candidate will possess an MSN from an AACN-approved CNL program, hold a current RN license, and have at least three years of clinical experience in Pediatrics.
The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital is a 30-bed Pediatric Unit serving children from birth to young adulthood across Maine. We provide comprehensive, family-centered healthcare, from routine check-ups to treatment of complex illnesses. As Maine's only full-service children's hospital, we have over 20 Pediatric subspecialists including oncology, general surgery, and cardiology.
Certification: CNL certification required.
Role Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) at Maine Medical Center is a Master's prepared, nationally certified nurse, as per AACN standards. The CNL ensures the delivery of expert, evidence-based care, and provides leadership in staff development, resource management, and program support. The CNL collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality care strategies for specific patient populations.
