Location: Mid & West Cornwall
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,487 per annum

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Nurse for a dual-role position as Clinical Nurse Lead / Area Manager. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical nursing expertise with operational leadership, supporting both care teams and customers with complex needs in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance for customers with complex care requirements
• Lead and support care teams to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Conduct supervisions, performance reviews, and ongoing staff training
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop, review, and monitor care plans and risk assessments
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Oversee rota planning and participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
• Manage and resolve customer and staff concerns with professionalism and care

Candidate Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (Adult, Children’s, Mental Health or Learning Disability)
• Nursing experience from any clinical setting – including hospital, community, care home, or complex care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A commitment to clinical quality, safeguarding, and team development
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
