Clinical Nurse Educator - Ostomy - London & SE England
Our client is a global medical technology business focused on serving people and caregivers in the areas of advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, critical care, and infusion care. They devise, develop, and manufacture innovative products and services that support people with deeply personal and challenging medical conditions, helping to improve care for them and giving them greater confidence, freedom, and mobility.
The purpose of this new role is to educate and support both HCPs and internal teams on clinical aspects of Ostomy care. This support will include education from diagnosis and across the continuum of care, identifying gaps in knowledge and the needs of the HCPs.
You will also support internal teams on clinical questions and advice. Working alongside the field teams and their accounts, you will advise on our product range and its benefits to patients, sharing evidence such as case studies and research in support. As a customer-facing role, you will work with KOLs and Advocates on service development, audits, potential research, educational programmes, and gather insights for the sales and marketing teams.
You will work closely with the Marketing team in the production of educational materials and with the Global medical affairs team to ensure education strategy alignment.
