Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become a Clinical Nurse Trainer. You will develop and lead education for nurses and care staff across our neurological care services, delivering engaging teaching and ensuring high standards of practice.

You'll assess competencies, mentor staff, and support governance and quality improvement initiatives, directly impacting patient outcomes and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN.
• ITU/HDU experience enabling teaching of complex procedures.
• Significant experience caring for adults with complex clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical education using classroom, simulation and bedside learning.
• Assess, mentor and sign off clinical competencies.
• Support development of newly recruited nurses.
